Office Manager
Cranham Primary School have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join their team as an Office Manager. The role is ideally suited to an experienced school office administrator or an accomplished office manager from another industry seeking a rewarding and developmental position in a school environment
Salary Range: Scale 5, Points 12-17. Actual Salary £25,025 – £27,758 (Annual FTE Salary £27,711 - £30,060, pro rata for part time staff)
Contract: 37 hours a week to be worked across five days. Term time only, plus training days, plus ten working days in school holiday time. Permanent.

Cleaning Operative
Salary details: Scale 1 (£12.26 per hour)
Hours: 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (12.5 hours a week)
Permanent Contract
We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Cranham Primary School. The school is part of The Rivers CofE Academy family of schools.
What are we looking for:
We require an enthusiastic, reliable cleaner to ensure that our learning environment is clean and tidy. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 2.5 hours per day (12.5 hours per week)
You will have:
• Previous experience would be advantageous.
• Able to work effectively within a small team and know when to lead and when to support colleagues.
• Able to work on your own initiative.
• A sense of humour and a smiley, happy demeanour are essential.
Your responsibilities for the Cleaner role will include:
• Ensure cleaning of specified areas of the school to the required standard
• Complete the allocated tasks within the allocated time frame. If the task is completed before the end of the allocated time, to report to the Head Teacher for further instructions.
• Ensure the security of the school during and after cleaning
• Adhere to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
• Washing floors, surfaces, fixtures and fittings and walls up to a specified height
• Cleaning Toilets and shower areas
• Cleaning inside windows up to a specified height
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors
• Polishing and dusting surfaces and furniture
• Empty bins and remove rubbish from the premises
• To use powered cleaning equipment as directed
• Report any damage to school property or other relevant matters to the Head Teacher
• Undertake relevant seasonal work
• Other tasks as directed by the Head Teacher
• Ten days’ notice is to be given for any planned absence – to be authorised by the Head Teacher
• Medical appointments are to be arranged outside working hours if possible
• Perform any reasonable duties as requested by the Head Teacher.
