Comic Relief and SDG Day

Comic Relief and SDG Day

Friday 15th March 2024

Comic Relief is a British charity that aims to raise money and awareness for charitable causes all around the world. Its vision is 'a just world, free from poverty'.

This day was organised by the school council.

We have decided that these key Sustainable Development Goals relate to Comic Relief:

The children spent the day finding out more about these Goals and further developing their knowledge and understanding of what we can do to make our world a better place now and in for future generations.

In the afternoon we 'did something funny for money' and a selection of children took to the stage to make everyone laugh. It was great fun and all of the children loved watching the teachers do their silly dancing too.
