Please find below the information regarding the new Family Hubs service:

From 1st April 2025, the way 0-19 services are commissioned in Worcestershire will change. As a result, health and community services will be contracted separately, and the Starting Well Partnership brand will be retired.

From 1st April 2025, Worcestershire County Council will host information relating to 0-19 community services on the Virtual Family Hub. This can be accessed here: Virtual Family Hub | Worcestershire County Council. Professional and self referrals to the Family Hub can be completed via this website.

For information on NHS services, including Public Health Nursing, Health Visiting, School Health Nursing, and Smoke-Free Homes, visit the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust website: Worcestershire Public Health Nursing Service | Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

We kindly ask that all resources and information referencing the Starting Well Partnership are updated to reflect these changes. We will be distributing new promotional materials in the coming weeks.
