Cranham's School Council

If you are a member of the school council you are:

A Representative
Each member represents and speaks for the children in their class. Each class from Year 2 to Year 6 has one child to represent them.

A Spokesperson

With more than 400 children in the school, it is difficult for the teachers to find out what they all think and what their ideas are for making the school better for everyone. Our school council members are the pupil's voice!

A Leader and an Activist

If you are on the school council, your classmates will also look to you to help them to make their idea a reality. You can share their thoughts and ideas in our school council meetings and then feedback to your class after each meeting and in assemblies.

We will meet regularly at lunchtime and each meeting usually lasts 30 minutes.
